TRACTOR BARN
Beautifully Crafted
The Tractor Barn is a one bedroomed holiday cottage sleeping 2 adults with a double sofa bed in the living area and cot on request. In converting the barn we have retained much of the original blue lias end wall and some of the original wood panelling and beams. The property has underfloor heating throughout, wifi and a smart TV.
KITCHEN / DINING
The large, well equipped kitchen has been designed to provide everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher to help you clear up afterwards. There is also a washing machine/tumble dryer.
DINING AREA
The kitchen dining area has a table to seat 4 people.
We also supply a hamper of local produce which varies according to the season and our local culinary travels.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is a relaxing open plan space with apex ceilings and exposed beams. It has a comfy sofa and armchair with views of the garden, tennis court and fields beyond. There is also a wood burning stove for a cozy night in during the winter months.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a king-sized bed and exposed stone wall with original elm panels. Adjacent to the bedroom is the bathroom with large shower and WC.
SHOWER ROOM / WC
A simple but beautifully appointed shower room and w/c is adjacent to the bedroom.
OUTSIDE
The property is accessed via its own path. The Tractor Barn is built of local Blue Lias stone and clad in oak an sits within its own courtyard area.
COURTYARD
The property enjoys a small courtyard for outside dining and relaxing. With high quality, extremely comfortable wicker table and chairs.
